This is an exploration that shows two pathways for conversational practice – results-focused conversations that can leave people disengaged and left out, and conversations that truly engage people and produce results.
Participants will explore how we blindly and accidentally disengage others when we focus purely on results. They will take away practical tips and tools that help identify opportunities to utilise new kinds of conversational practice to achieve buy-in, trust and engagement.
